The Regional Behavioral Health Training Summit is a full-day, in-person program running from 7:15 AM to 3:25 PM, offering a comprehensive, systems-oriented examination of contemporary behavioral health and intervention practice. We have included the start of the day and the end of the day. Below is a quick overview of how our day will begin and how it will end.
Morning sessions focus on whole-health models, behavioral health outcomes and access disparities, the integration of nursing and medical decision-making in crisis response, early recognition and intervention strategies for psychosis and spectrum disorders, and the legal realities that shape ethical and effective intervention work. Participants will also explore the growing clinical impact of cannabis use on acute psychiatric presentations.
The afternoon program emphasizes applied intervention methodology, including the anatomy of effective interventions, recovery-oriented bridge models, and interdisciplinary collaboration across clinical, medical, legal, and family systems. The day concludes with a multidisciplinary closing panel and integrated Q&A designed to translate learning into practical, real-world application.
