Dr. Roberto Sanchez, PsyD, CIP, LHMC, MS, MA, BA, AAS
Certified Intervention Professional
Dr. Sanchez is a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) with over 31 years of professional experience in the behavioral healthcare field. Dr. Sanchez bases his approach on empirically validated intervention strategies for various types of addiction and mental health conditions. His experience includes interventions and behavioral health care consulting across multiple states like Florida, New York, California, Texas, and many other states in the US. He has served in the capacity of chief executive officer, chief operating officer, and executive director in multiple facilities over the past 3 decades. Additionally, he has served as an expert consultant in forensic settings in Florida, New York, California and Texas in courtroom forums, jury research and mock trials and for the Department of Corrections.
Dr. Sanchez earned his Associates Degree in Mental Health in 1989 from Del Mar College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas in 1992, and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M in 1995. He earned his non-terminal Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 2003 from Albizu University and completed his Doctorate in Clinical and Forensic Psychology from Albizu University in 2008. He completed an A.P.A. Accredited Pre-Doctoral Internship in 2006 from the Citrus Healthcare Network as well as a Post-Doctoral Internship working for the Department of Corrections in California in 2009.

Jonathan Rauch, LMSW
Certified Intervention Professional
Jonathan is one of the most respected interventionists in the field, having facilitated over 1,000 interventions with an extremely high success rate. He is known for his professional approach and case management skills, as well as the pure passion and enthusiasm he brings to his work. His energy and positive attitude carry over to the families and friends struggling with a troubled loved one, giving them the confidence that something CAN be done that getting help for a loved one is possible.
He works effectively with all ages, both male and female. He has worked in residential and intensive outpatient programs treating adults, young adults, and adolescents.
Jonathan is Board Certified, has a B.A. in Psychology and received his Masters in Social Service from Fordham University. Jonathan is a Licensed Social Worker, a Substance Abuse Counselor, and a Certified Intervention Professional. He is very active with the Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS) and is currently serving as treasurer of the association. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Jennifer Sanchez, LPN, CIP, CCHP
Licensed Practical Nurse | Certified Intervention Professional | Behavioral Health Specialist
Jennifer Sanchez is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), and Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional (CCHP). She is a board member as well as a full member of the Association of Intervention Specialists. With over 13 years of experience in the substance use and mental health field, Jennifer brings both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to every aspect of her work.
Jennifer began her academic journey studying Psychology and Criminology over a four-year period before earning her nursing license in 2013. She launched her nursing career within the Broward County medical and forensic systems, where she worked across multiple departments for six years, including correctional and psychiatric units.
In 2018, she advanced into a leadership role with a major psychiatric and outpatient services corporation, overseeing nursing and clinical operations. By 2019, she was leading care coordination at an acute care mental health and detox facility, contributing significantly to DCF licensing and JCAHO accreditation efforts. Her responsibilities included supervising clinical schedules, managing pharmacy compliance, and driving executive-level initiatives.
In 2021, Jennifer joined an international medical concierge corporation as a behavioral healthcare consultant, providing tailored solutions for complex client needs. By 2022, she was contracted by a high-profile civil litigation firm specializing in mental health and substance abuse law, where she conducted clinical intakes and served as a case management specialist.
Jennifer is deeply committed to guiding individuals and families through the intervention and recovery process. Known for her compassionate approach, she helps families navigate challenging decisions with dignity and support every step of the way.
