Refund Policy
Event Registration Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds – You may request a full refund if your cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
Requests Within 7 Days – Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund – Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to jenveritastcg@gmail.com. Please include your full name, event name, date, and order/receipt number.
Processing Refunds – Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
